Who I am and what I bring to you. I’m an adult educator with a doctorate in organisation social psychology and 25 years' experience as a leader and manager in a variety of military (RAN intelligence), public and private work environments, during which time I was honored with Australia Day, Outstanding Service, and a Personal Merit awards.
Facilitated the CHEWI Culture Design short course to the School of Physics, UNSW.
Piloted and implemented the full CHEWI program to a number of Canberra-based and interstate teams across the Commonwealth Department of Human Services.
Assisted the PM+C Regional Network Division’s recalibration transition planning. (Yarrabee Consulting)
