WORK WITH ME: My name is Dr Felicity Lawrence and I'm an organisational social psychology expert with 25 years+ in the armed forces and Commonwealth and ACT public services.
INTENTIONALLY CO-DESIGNING & ACTIVIATING CIVIL & SAFE TEAMS, WORKPLACES & ORGANISATIONS:
- My Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplaces Initiative (CHEWI) program is grounded in hard science to equip leaders, staff and HR/WHS with a bespoke, adaptable framework to intentionally co-design, activate and measure an inclusive, integrated work culture with a growth mindset and leadership behaviours for greater civility, collaboration and productivity, and enhanced individual well-being and engagement.
HOW? CHEWI is a flexible, intentional program that provides the tools to 1. co-design and activate, measure and report on a psychologically safer, personalised work culture with a growth mindset and leadership behaviours that you and your people want to witness, experience and model, 2. civility enrichment strategies including accurately diagnosing, reframing and safely interrupting incivility, disrespect, intimidation, bullying, harassment etc. without further escalation or harm, and 3. enhance individual well-being and engagement through my personal power model.
