My Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplaces Initiative (CHEWI) program is founded in hard science and give you a practical, pragmatic roadmap, framework and methodology equipping everyone in your workplace with equal access to toolbox to intentionally co-design, operationalise and measure a highly integrated, civil, and safer work culture for all.
At the end of this program you walk away with a tailored online toolbox and work culture plan that clarifies your shared purpose and the values-based mindsets, behaviours and communication that you all want to express and model. Your new mindsets, behaviours and communications are co-activated through professional boundaries and other strategies.
