Hi, my name is Dr Felicity Lawrence and if you’re reading this message then you are shortly about to participate in one of my Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplace Initiative programs. The purpose of this anonymous online survey is to give you the opportunity to share what you have observed, witnessed or felt as you have participated in your workplace and its culture. The more information you can share the better I can tailor your workplace CHEWI program to suit your needs. Your de-identified feedback will be incorporated in a CHEWI program report to your leadership group, so please avoid using names in your commentary. Thank you for your participation.
Workplace culture defined as:
Medium to large organisations possess two workplace cultures:
1. the explicit (The intended, expected behaviours, attitudes and communication detailed via work-related legislation, policies, guidelines and rules, official values, purpose, mission, vision, etc.) and
2. the implicit (Often expressed as ‘this is how we do things around here.’ Identified through normalised mindsets and attitudes, behaviours and actions, and online and face-to-face communication by individuals and groups).
