WORK WITH ME: My name is Dr Felicity Lawrence and I'm an organisational social psychology expert with 25 years+ in the armed forces and Commonwealth and ACT public services.

- My Creative, Healthy and Engaged Workplaces Initiative (CHEWI) program is grounded in hard science and equips you, leaders, staff and HR with a bespoke, adaptable framework to intentionally co-design, activate and measure an inclusive, integrated work culture with a growth mindset and leadership behaviours for greater civility, collaboration and productivity, and enhanced individual well-being and engagement.
HOW? CHEWI is a flexible, intentional process that equips you with the tools to 1. co-design, co-activate and co-measure a safer, positive leadership-based work culture, mindset and behaviours that you and your people want to witness, experience and model, 2. strategies to spot, re-frame and safely interrupt unhealthy behaviours (e.g., incivility, bullying, harassment) without further escalation or harm, and 3. enhance individual well-being and engagement through my personal power model.
